I've been lazy. There it is, it's out there, I've admitted it. Over the summer my running has slipped dramatically and my usual 5 milers twice a week have dropped to once a week or sometimes none a week. So as we head into autumn I'm going to pull my socks up and I'd like you to help me. So I've come up with a new Accumulator challenge. Club 18-30: The easiest workout challenge ever.
Here's the challenge
All you have to do is commit to moving more by accumulating miles. You can choose from 18 miles or 30 miles and you have 30 days to finish it. You can run it, walk it or do a combination of the two. That's it. Nothing complex, no videos to follow, no equipment to buy, I'm not even charging you for it.
How to take part
Up till now there has been a group on Facebook exclusively for paid Accumulator members. I've now opened the doors so you can join the rest of the team. You can join the group right now by clicking here. Then I can keep you motivated over the next 30 days as you take part. You can help to motivate me too because I'll be doing this as well. We all motivate each other in much the same way that has made The Accumulator such a success for the past 5 years.
